Downtown Berry Farms Announces Residential Rental Team

Leilani Ross, community manager, oversees the rental and assists with community outreach, events and promotion. She has nearly a decade of experience as a property and rental manager for Greystar properties in Middle Tennessee and earned her apartment management certificate.in January 2021.

Paula Laurenzano, Assistant Property Manager, handles downtown leasing and financial management and assists with community tours and resident inquiries. She has over four years of experience as an assistant property manager in several communities in Middle Tennessee and Texas. Laurenzano was named the Greystar Rising Star Award winner and the Assistant Community Manager of the Year for the Southeast.

Ramontay McConnelllease professional, manages information, visits and the application process for potential residents. He has over six years of customer service experience and has worked as a rental professional with several other Greystar properties.

Ashley Swaggerrental professional, focuses on the day-to-day office operations of the rental team. She is also responsible for rental efforts, including rounds with potential clients. She has experience as a rental consultant in Nashville, where she conducted virtual and guided tours and cultivated relationships with tenants.

Randy Le May, duty supervisor, handles all routine and requested downtown maintenance and inspections. Previously, he served as a maintenance supervisor at several Middle Tennessee properties and spent eight years as a service manager.

Law Projectservice technicianretains ownership, including manipulation rresident work orders and unit services. He has over 30 years of experience and is skilled in multi-apartment unit management, repairs, painting, maintenance and property management.

Ross, Laurenzano, McConnell, Swogger, LeMay and Drawant are the driving forces behind the residential rental project and welcome new residents to the small-town vibe of the all-inclusive community experience at Town Center at Berry Farms.
