We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team in Grange, assisting the Property Manager and Head of Department in providing property management services to a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of freehold clients, developers and property investors .

You will have the ability to work on your own initiative with excellent organizational skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

As a member of RICS or equivalent body and with experience in residential or commercial property management, you will be responsible for administration supporting the commercial team in facilitating the delivery of all aspects of maintenance planned, programmed, reactive and other property and general good. management. You will have specific responsibility for reviewing, approving and granting pass clearances, researching additional information such as RAMS, consulting with different departments within the client’s company, issuing documents for signing and arranging access to the site.

With knowledge of QUBE property management software, strong computer skills and a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, you will compile asset registers, process payments, assist the property manager with budget control and prepare budgets annual service fees, as well as arranging repairs. portfolio and instruct contractors as required.

Liaise with clients on property related matters, you will possess exceptional communication, client management and client relations skills, have a working knowledge of leases and excellent management skills time. You will handle general inquiries and correspondence, responding within our company response times and maintaining a good flow of communication and record keeping. You will conduct site visits to business units, perform detailed inspections and write site visit reports.
