Lots of commercial properties across Scotland are set to go under the hammer

SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has revealed the company’s latest commercial property auction, featuring 27 lots across Scotland, will be broadcast online with remote bidding only Wednesday, June 8 at 2:30 p.m.

One lot is in Patna, East Ayrshire, which is a development site of over 11 hectares with planning permission for 138 houses. With a guide price of £415,000, Shepherd described it as an “attractive proposition” for large-scale developers.

And at Turiff in Aberdeenshire is a former school site which has already held planning permission for 12 residential units. The building that previously stood on the 1.8 acre site was demolished. The indicative price is £80,000.
