Property consultancy Burley Browne’s new land and homes division is celebrating receiving its first instructions after being appointed to market two apartment developments in Birmingham.
Developer Sidley Piper Homes has asked Burley Browne Residential Land and New Homes to market its Trinity View House and Mill House developments, both located in the heart of downtown Sutton Coldfield.
