Separate sales of Enfield’s industrial properties bring in $29.2 million

A New York-based commercial truck salesman and a Massachusetts-based real estate investor paid $14 million and $15.2 million, respectively, for industrial properties in Enfield in separate sales recorded in early September.

Gabrielli Enfield LLC, an entity related to New York-based Gabrielli Truck Sales, paid $14 million to South Carolina-based RSP Capital Holdings LLC for a 13.6-acre industrial estate at 1 Depot Hill Road in Enfield.

The property is home to a 69,784 square foot light industrial building with a concrete block and masonry exterior, built in 1965. It also houses a 14,640 square foot 17-year-old steel-walled storage building with six door bays.

The purchasing LLC shares an address in Queens with Gabrielli Truck Sales. The directors of the LLC, Armando and Amedeo Gabrielli, are respectively president and vice president of Gabrielli Truck Sales.

The company sells commercial-grade trucks and parts at 19 locations, including Hartford and Milford in Connecticut, with the remainder in New York and New Jersey.
Attempts to reach a representative for Gabrielli were not immediately successful.

35 Manning Road

A limited liability company tied to Norwalk-based real estate investor MF DiScala & Co. Inc. has sold a 235,880-square-foot warehouse on 19 acres of industrial land to a Massachusetts-based real estate investment partnership for $15.2 millions of dollars. The warehouse was completed in 1968.

Norwalk-based Enfield Distribution Center LLC – which is linked to MF DiScala – has sold the property at 35 Manning Road to 35 Manning Enfield LLC.

The principals of the buyer are Victor C. Galvani, of Hopkinton, Massachusetts; Andrew I. Sacher, of Wellesley, Massachusetts and John R. Parsons Jr., of Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Parsons is Chairman and CEO and Managing Director of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group, a brokerage and business management firm. Galvani is Vice President of Investment Sales for SVN | Parsons Commercial Group, according to the company’s website.
Andrew I. Sacher is the sole director of real estate and consulting firm AIS|CRE.

The two companies share an address in Framingham, Massachusetts.

AIS | CRE and SVN | Parsons Commercial Group are “multi-faceted, strategically aligned commercial real estate companies that fully integrate personalized brokerage services with portfolio growth and property management,” according to their website.

Attempts to reach a representative of the AIS|CRE and SVN|Parsons partnership were unsuccessful on Monday morning.
