Priestley Construction has been appointed to provide luxury homes on the former site of a riding school and stables in Cheshire.
The project comprises four detached houses in Plumley, Knutsford with a total site size of over 43,000 square feet.
Three of the plots will include the creation of homes over 4,122 square feet each, each with two stories and space for landscaped gardens.
The final land has a total area of 3,767 square feet.
The contract win brings Leeds-based contractor Priestley’s total secured order book in the North West to £10.5million.
Darryl Brown, Commercial Manager at Priestley Construction, said: “We are delighted to be helping to create some wonderful family homes in the idyllic and sought-after area of Knutsford for our valued client. The detached homes will be of the highest quality and will add to our growing residential portfolio.”
Danny Inman, of IP Properties Ltd, added: “We are delighted to award Priestley Construction the contract for this bespoke development in Knutsford. We have worked with the band before and their product delivery is outstanding.
“The site is over 4,000 square meters, and it will be a perfect balance for the four houses that are to be created in Plumley.”
The construction program begins in June 2022 and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
